Description
- The position will be required to operate in a multi-national, fast-paced and changing environment, in which technology is central to the success of the business.
- More specifically your role will involve: Assisting in the definition and implementation of business processes.
- Performing process reengineering, user requirement assessment, and recommending solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and applications.
- Working with other IT teams, business users, and external vendors to implement system solutions and resolve day to day production issues.
- Assisting in the preparation of data conversion/configuration, and providing support to business users performing data cleanups.
- Participation in testing of system enhancements and interfaces. Providing training and operational support to business users.
- Contributing to the preparation of project plans, status reports, and management updates.
- Participation in global implementations by providing assistance to business users in each location in the preparation of test plans, user guidelines, documentation, project plans, and status reports.

SAP Application Specialist

- A leading manufacturer in Hong Kong is looking for a SAP Application specialist with adequate technical expertise in as many SAP modules as possible:
- CRM, RE, MM, HR, SD, PS, FI, BI (configuration and implementation activities, reports writing, tables and rules configuration, SAP scripting & uploads, Interface etc. ABAP knowledge desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience in complex ERP systems and projects.
- Contribute to the ongoing support and optimal utilization of existing SAP applications.
- 2-5 full life cycle implementations on SAP projects (minimum 4 yrs full time experience in similar previous roles).
- Ability to analyse, translate and design business requirements into the SAP applications.
- Post-Implementation activities and end-user support, Testing, QA and Change management.
- Knowledge of SAP tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP query.
- Maintain documentation database, producing all required technical documentation and manuals, good planning and reporting ability.

Requirements
Good communication skills and professional attitude are a must. English and Cantonese essential with Mandarin a plus.
ASAP methodology experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
