no matter wat... i think the sub-teacher really shouldn't "hurt" the little 7 yr-old kid... everybody has dream and the sub-teacher's action was actually really harsh to the young children.  i also think that firing the sub-teacher is also unnecessary becuz this really only was an minus issue...
